Hi James, you should check the plugin, I'm getting this error when activating with WP_DEBUG enabled:

The plugin generated 262 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
